Safety

The Buffalo Bills got their starting safety duo back for at least one more season after reaching a two-year deal with Jordan Poyer. However, after this season the other half of the duo, Micah Hyde, is set to be a free agent.

If the contract makes sense for both sides, the Bills probably try to bring him back but that is far from a certainty. Even if Hyde does return, this is not a long-term solution for the Bills defense and they could look to draft the eventual replacements for Poyer and Hyde.

Unlike the other positions, this might not be as much of a priority depending on how the season plays out. The Bills do have Taylor Rapp and Damar Hamlin as backups and if Hamlin does return after his scary injury last season, these two certainly could be long-term answers at safety.
