5 unexpected heroes for the Buffalo Bills in their Wild Card win
The Buffalo Bills were able to get the win Monday evening over the Pittsburgh Steelers and there season is guaranteed to last at least one more week. That matchup will be against the Kansas City Chiefs at Highmark Stadium Sunday evening.
However, the Bills also were dealt multiple big losses over the course of the game as they saw a number of key players leave the game due to injuries. These were some players who were already replacing starters who were out for the game.
It was the defensive side of the ball that was hit the hardest as Christian Benford, Terrel Bernard, Baylon Spector, and Taron Johnson all left due to injuries. However, the Bills were able to get the win because there were multiple players that were unexpectedly playing bigger roles because of these injuries.
