There are many talented players the Buffalo Bills will face in 2024, and with the many new additions the Bills acquired this offseason, they will face the difficult task of stopping those players. These players are in a very under-appreciated position that is viewed differently from team to team, and that position is tight end.

Tight Ends come in different shapes and sizes, most of them are used as extra linemen, some of them as receivers, and some of them balanced in both receiving and blocking. However, very few tight ends in the league are game-changers, but the Bills will face some of those game-changers this season.

 Trey McBride, Arizona Cardinals

Most fans thought that Marquise Brown would've been the leader in receiving yards, but it ended up being Trey McBride. McBride quietly had a good season with the Cardinals in 2023, racking up over 800 receiving yards and three touchdowns.

McBride was more of a backup to veteran Zach Ertz at the beginning of the season. However, even with the litter of backup quarterbacks throwing to McBride, he was able to make something of it and establish himself as a legit offensive threat.

Mcbride took off the first week Kyler Murray returned from injury, as he recorded a career-high 131 receiving yards, and continued to form their chemistry throughout the season. McBride is a dangerous player that the Bills should gameplan around, and it will be tougher with Marvin Harrison Jr. in the gameplan as well.
