Buffalo Bills need to prove they can force turnovers

While it seems like the defense has gotten a pass to this point considering the injuries they have had to date, there is still a lot of talent on this side of the ball. There are some big name players like Von Miller, Greg Rousseau, Ed Oliver, and Jordan Poyer.

One of the reasons that Josh Allen's turnovers weren't much of an issue is that the defense was doing a great job forcing the other team into mistakes. In the first four games of the season, the Bills had eight interceptions but over the past five games, they haven't been able to force the opposing quarterback to throw a turnover.

Russell Wilson this season has done a pretty good protecting the football as he has only four interceptions on the season. However, he did throw two of those in Week 6 during their first matchup with the Chiefs.

With Benford out this week, Rasul Douglas should get the start and he is known as a ballhawk with 10 inteceptions since 2021. An interception in this game would be a huge boost for the defense but the team as a whole.
