3.) The band is back together
For the first time since Thanksgiving in 2021, the trio of Micah Hyde, Jordan Poyer and Tre’Davious White will be back on the same field. When White tore his ACL against the New Orleans Saints in 2021, the secondary took a hit without his presence (especially in the divisional round game versus Kansas City).
Last season in Week 2, Hyde suffered a season-ending neck injury against the Tennessee Titans which left Poyer the only true veteran in the secondary for a good amount of the season. Once White was back in the lineup, he looked like he was not comfortable being on the field (with there being rumors that he may have been ready before his actual season debut).
With training camp approaching, the three players are set to be back to help lead this Bills defense. This is also a perfect training camp to help mentor second-year corner Kaiir Elam and the other young guys in the defensive back room.
