Gabe Davis - Wide Receiver

Last season, Davis came into training camp with more hype than I've seen in years for a wide receiver. His historical performance against the Kansas City Chiefs in that playoff, scoring four touchdowns, set his path on a historically epic hype train.

In the season opener, things started with a bang for Davis scoring the first touchdown of the season; however, after suffering an early season ankle injury, he was greatly slowed, and it showed the rest of the year. But this season, he's looked like what fans expected him to be last season.

So, far throughout training camp and the preseason games, Davis has looked fantastic and has had the best camp of his career. He made three receptions on six targets but only one drop, which was the big thing that seemed to plague him last season. He also had a fantastic 35-yard reception against the Steelers that would have converted a second and 24; however, was called back due to a penalty.
