5 offseason moves the Buffalo Bills should not make after 2023 season

The Buffalo Bills are on bye this week and their season is at a crossroads at 6-6. The final five regular season games not only will determine if they make the playoffs but could also determine the direction the franchise takes after the season. Under Sean McDermott, the Bills have had incredible success and made the playoffs the past four seasons.

Whether that streak continues or not, the offseason is going to be interesting to see how they move forward. There absolutely needs to be changes for the organization as how it currently is constructed is good but not great.

With that said, the Bills can't make moves for the sake of making moves. Not all moves are the same and the Buffalo Bills should be very methodical about how they approach this offseason. With that said, these are five things the Bills should not do this offseason as they continue to search for that first Super Bowl title.
