2.) Garrett Wilson

The offensive rookie of the year from last season was able to win this award, by putting up 83 catches for 1,103 yards and four touchdowns. Wilson was a steal for the Jets at the number ten pick in the 2022 NFL draft and will now be the number one receiver for the Jets’ future.

Last season, he had to endure horrific quarterback play but still ended up being a dangerous weapon for the offense. Now he has Aaron Rodgers who can distribute the ball easily and will be relied on as the go-to guy in the passing attack.

The Bills will have cornerback Tre’Davious White on the cover which provides competition for Wilson. However, Wilson has proven to get separation so White will have the task to keep Wilson on lockdown and limit the Jets’ passing offense.

An advantage the Bills’ defense has when it comes to Wilson is that this will be his first true test to see if he and Rodgers can click with pressure coming at each other. Can Wilson pick up where he left off? That answer will be determined in the Wilson vs. White matchup.
