Buffalo Bills have a chance to get off to a fast start to the season

The Buffalo Bills have 10 games on their 2023 schedule against playoff teams, including five of their final six games of the season. In addition to that, four of their final six games are on the road and the end of the season is certainly going to test this team.

However, the early part of the schedule gives the Buffalo Bills a great opportunity to get off to a fast start and build a big lead within the AFC East. They open the season against the New York Jets, which certainly improved this offseason, but it could take some time for them to really click and the Bills have a great chance to steal a road win to open the season.

After that game, the Bills are home against the Las Vegas Raiders, on the road against the Washington Commanders, and then a home game against the Miami Dolphins before to London for the game against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Once returning from the game in London, the Bills play the New York Giants, New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. It is not unrealistic to expect the Buffalo Bills to start the year 7-1 or even 8-0 when considering the teams they open the season against.

They are far from guarantees but if the Buffalo Bills want to show they are a top team in the AFC this is the type of start they need to have to begin the 2023 season with how the schedule is set up.
