Buffalo Bills only have five games at 1 PM

Based on the schedule, it is clear that the NFL views the Buffalo Bills as one of the top teams in the league and tried to put them in front of a national audience as much as possible. During the drought years, it was almost expected for the Bills to be playing in the 1 PM slot on Sunday but now it is a rarity.

In fact, the Bills have only five games at 1 PM with three of those games occurring between Week 2 and Week 4. After the Bills' game against the New England Patriots in Week 7, they have only one game currently scheduled at 1 PM, which is Week 17 against the Patriots.

The Bills in total have six primetime games, with two Monday Night Football games, two Sunday Night Games, one Thursday Night game on Prime Video, and a Saturday Night game exclusively on Peacock. In addition to those six, the Bills also have the Week 5 matchup against the Jaguars in London with a 9:30 AM kickoff.

More notable than the primetime games is the fact that the Bills have four games with 4:25 kickoffs, two of which are home games. This has not been very common but these kickoff time slots are also usually saved for bigger audiences with fewer games kicking off at this time.

There is no question that the Buffalo Bills is one of the marquee teams in the NFL and the league wanted to put them on a national stage as much as possible.
