Special teams is nearly perfect against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The past few weeks have been a struggle for Tyler Bass after missing three field goal attempts the past two weeks. However, this week Bass was able to bounce back and connected on three extra points and his only field goal attempt.

While Bass directly impacted the scoreboard, there were other players on special teams who made key plays that indirectly impacted the final score. Sam Martin is usually not asked to punt much but against the Bucs punted four times with three being downed inside the 10 yard line.

Meanwhile, Deonte Harty made an impact on punt return with an average of 12.3 yards per punt return and a long of 24 yards. Outside of the opening drive, where the Bills started at the four, they usually were starting their drive in great position. This was due in large part to the performance of Harty.
