A.J. Epenesa puts the defense on his shoulders

This was by far the best game I've seen A.J. Epenesa play. He was incredible, knocking down passes, getting huge sacks, and of course the massive strip-sack of Trevor Lawrence to close out the first half. With the injuries mounting on the defensive line, getting Epenesa on a new level we haven't seen him at would be a big-time boost.

If the Bills could have pulled this one out, we'd be calling this the Epenesa game. Without his stellar performance, the Bills wouldn't have had a chance to win this game in the fourth. but as it stands, he could be in the running for AFC Defensive Player of the Week despite the loss. Multiple sacks, passes defensed, QB hits, and the stats were impressive.
