Mecole Hardman

Mecole Hardman has had a tumultous past 12 months as he would sign with the New York Jets expecting to be a bigger part of the offense. However, with Aaron Rodgers' injury only four plays into the season the offense drastically changed and Hardman didn't have much of a role.

He would be released during the season and return to the team that drafted him in the Kansas City Chiefs. It would also be the team that he made the Pro Bowl as a rookie as a returner in 2019.

That season, he had 18 punt returns for an average of 9.3 yards per punt and 27 kickoff returns for an average of 26.1 yards. For his career, he has 69 punt returns and 40 kickoff returns and certainly has the experience to play both roles for the Bills.

The team will certainly need to investigate some accusations recently about Hardman sharing plays with an opposing team. However, if that is found to not be a concern then Hardman makes sense.
