Deonte Harty

The first free agent is one just mentioned on the previous slide in Deonte Harty. He was with the Bills this past season but the team released him before the second year of his contract in a way to great some much-needed cap space.

However, he was productive on special teams with the Bills and finished the year with 26 punt returns for 323 yards, including a 96-yard return for a touchdown in Week 18 against the Miami Dolphins. While he didn't do much on kickoffs, with only one return, he has plenty of experience returning kickoffs with 75 in his first four years in the NFL.

If the Bills can agree on a new contract, Harty would make a lot of sense for the team as he can return both kicks and punts. The team would only need one roster spot and they already know what he can do on special teams.
