Teair Tart

Another defensive tackle the Buffalo Bills could look to sign is Teair Tart, who was an undrafted free agent signed by the Tennessee Titans in 2020. He would see limited snaps as a rookie but start 26 games between 2021 and 2022 with 50 total tackles and 1.5 sacks with an impressive six passes defended.

Tart once again would begin the season as a starter and start nine out of 11 games with the Titans. However, he would be released during the season and claimed by the Houston Texans and play two games with the AFC South division rival.

He is a younger defensive tackle who certainly could work in a rotation with DaQuan Jones as a run-stuffing defensive tackle next to Ed Oliver. The biggest concern for the Bills, and something that would need to be addressed before signing him, is his departure from Tennessee.

According to ESPN's Turron Davenport, the reason he was released was due to effort and attitude issues. In a veteran defensive line like the one the Bills have, it might not be a problem but is certainly worth monitoring.
