Sebastian Joseph-Day

The first player is defensive tackle Sebastian Joseph-Day, who reportedly met with the Buffalo Bills last week, according to ESPN's Field Yates. However, he left Western New York without a contract and as reported by Aaron Wilson met with the Titans on Monday.

Sebastian Joseph Day was a sixth round pick by the Rams in 2018 and would quickly step into a starting role and start 38 games over his first three seasons. In 2021, he was having a career season with three sacks and 38 total tackles through seven games. Unfortunately, he suffered a pec injury that would cost him the rest of the regular season.

He would leave after that season in free agency and signed with the Chargers but lasted less than two seasons as he was released during the 2023 season. Sebastian Joseph-Day would sign with the San Francisco 49ers during the season and played in five games between the regular season and playoffs.
