Joe Brady

The final person on this list has to be offensive coordinator Joe Brady as he enters his first full season as offensive coordinator. He took over midseason last year after the Bills fired Ken Dorsey and the offense showed improvement with Brady calling the plays.

Even though Stefon Diggs saw his production decrease with Brady calling plays, there is something to be said about just his presence on the field. It helps take attention away from Dalton Kincaid and Khalil Shakir and now Brady will need to be even more creative with his scheme to get these players open with more coverage.

In addition, Joe Brady will need to help Josh Allen get into a rhythm early in the season. Especially over the past three seasons, Allen has built a rapport with Diggs and Davis that isn't easily replaced. It will be on Joe Brady to call pass plays that helps Allen get familiar with all the new receivers he will be throwing to in 2024.
