4.) Cornerback - Dane Jackson

If you watched the Bills play last season, you may have seen Jackson give up a good amount of yards in various games. The biggest concern with Dane Jackson is that each year, he has statistically been worse.

Drafted in 2020, Jackson was a seventh round pick who has made some nice plays but has also given up nice plays to opposing offenses. In 2022, Jackson allowed a 59 percent completion rate and gave up 538 receiving yards.

He will have tons of pressure on him come minicamp and training camp. This is not just because of production, but because of depth as well. Tre’Davious White will obviously be on the field as the main shutdown corner. Kaiir Elam is expected to build off of his rookie season to play opposite White, and there is also Taron Johnson, Christian Benford, recently signed Cameron Dantzler, and seventh round draft pick this year Alex Austin.

One of the factors that can be in Jackson’s favor is that he was drafted by Brandon Beane, unlike Dantzler, which could be competition for the last corner spot on the roster.
