5.) Defensive tackle - Jordan Phillips

The fan favorite defensive tackle has not been able to put on a performance since he was with the Bills in the 2019 season. During that season, Jordan Phillips racked up 31 tackles, 9.5 sacks, 16 quarterback hits and one forced fumble.

He also managed to play all 16 games which he started in 9 of them. After that season, Phillips has gone downhill in production in two seasons with the Arizona Cardinals and last season with the Bills. This past season, Phillips played in only 12 games and did not produce when he was on the field.

Phillips and the Bills were able to agree on a one-year deal to return this season, but the Bills also brought in Poona Ford from Seattle who can serve as the big nose tackle to take on the double teams.

In addition, the Bills also have Ed Oliver, DaQuan Jones, and Tim Settle. Phillips could be in trouble with making the final 53-man roster if he does not step up his game during minicamp and training camp.
