5 Buffalo Bills players who will be cut before the 2024 season

The Buffalo Bills are close to filling out their 90-man roster, and very soon will begin the task of finding their final 53 for the start of the 2024 NFL season. Here are five players that might not make it past cut-down day.

Will Clapp -Guard/Center

The Bills signed Will Clapp to a one-year free agent deal and became a punchline with his last name, given Coach McDermott's tendency to constantly clap on the sidelines. Anyway, that's not important, what is important is the depth the Bills currently have on the offensive line. Prior to the draft, I could see Clapp having a road to the 53-man roster, but with Sedric Van-Pran Granger drafted by the Bills, I think it pushes Clapp down the pecking order.

Clapp was an original draft pick from the New Orleans Saints in the 2018 NFL Draft in the seventh round, 245th overall. The Bills will be Clapp's third team, after spending the two seasons with the Los Angeles Chargers, where he started 14 total games, including 11 last season. He has 21 career starts under his belt. The Bills also added La'el Collins on a free agent deal too, which will make things that much harder for Clapp to crack the 2024 roster.
