A.J. Epenesa

The Buffalo Bills lost their leading pass rusher from last season with Floyd agreeing to a contract with the 49ers. He was very efficient as a pass rusher as he played only 54% of the defensive snaps but started 16 games.

While the Bills probably would like Von Miller to be the starter opposite Greg Rousseau, it wouldn't be surprising if he becomes more of a passing down specialist. If that does happen, then A.J. Epenesa should end up being the starter.

The Bills second round pick from 2020 returned to the team with a new two-year deal after 13 sacks and 20 QB hits in the past two seasons. However, he has started only three games during that stretch and he should be considered the favorite to be a starter in 2024 for the Buffalo Bills defense.
