The first week of the NFL season will wrap up with a Monday night battle when the Buffalo Bills head to New Jersey to take on the New York Jets. These two teams split the season series from last season, with the Jets winning the first matchup 20-17 and the Bills taking the second game 20-12. Since 2017, the Bills have played against the Jets in the season opener three times, all of which they came out victorious.
This upcoming game features two quarterbacks, both who are looking to prove something to the NFL. Josh Allen has been way up and way down which has hurt the Bills, and he has yet to beat Patrick Mahomes and Joe Burrow in the playoffs. Aaron Rodgers is heading into his first year in a different shade of green in the tough AFC conference where it is no longer a cake walk for him to a division title.
