The Buffalo BIlls find themselves significantly over the cap this offseason for the upcoming 2024 season. They are going to have to make some tough decisions to be in compliance with the salary cap over the next few weeks.

However, not all the contracts are bad and in fact the Buffalo Bills have some pretty great value when considering the production and the level some players are playing at. A majority of these bargains are players currently on rookie contracts but there are a few veterans on this list.

These are the five biggest contract bargains right now for the Buffalo Bills.

Greg Rousseau

The Buffalo Bills drafted Greg Rousseau in the first round of the 2021 NFL Draft and he is entering the final year of his rookie contract. The Bills will have to decide this offseason about whether or not to pick up his fifth year option and could begin discussing a contract extension.

If the two sides do reach a new deal, Rousseau won't be much of a bargain any more but over the past few years he certainly has been. The cap hit in 2024 ranks 35th among defensive ends and 19th on the Buffalo Bills.

Rousseau stepped in as a starter immediately and has 46 starts over three seasons with 17 sacks and 42 QB hits. When teams can find a player at a high-priced position like defensive end that can play as much as Rousseau has on a rookie deal, it always ends up being a bargain.
