Ja'Marcus Ingram

The biggest question marks entering Week 7 might be at cornerback for the Buffalo Bills. The defense lost Tre'Davious White to a season-ending Achilles injury in Week 4 against the Miami Dolphins.

In the game agains the Dolphins, Christian Benford would suffer a shoulder injury that would force him to miss Week 5 against the Jacksonville Jaguars. He would return in Week 6, which was great news as Dane Jackson (who replaced Tre'Davious White in the starting lineup) would be inactive for the game.

During this stretch, Kaiir Elam got a chance to return to the field after being a healthy scratch for the first four weeks. Unfortunately, Elam struggled the past two weeks and is now dealing with an ankle injury and was limited on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Jackson also was limited on Wednesday with a foot injury.

Thankfully, Christian Benford is not on the injury report and should be set to start at one cornerback spot. If Jackson is available, he will be the other starter however if he is not it wouldn't be surprising to see the team give Ja'Marcus Ingram the chance to start.

Ingram, an undrafted free agent from University of Buffalo, is currently on the practice squad. However, he was elevated for the game against the Jaguars and actually replaced Elam at the end of the game.

If Jackson is unavailable, and combined with the struggles of Elam, it would not be surprising to see Ja'Marcus Ingram get the start against the New England Patriots in Week 7.
