Veteran pass rushers the Buffalo Bills can still sign: Yannick Ngakoue

Arguably the best pass rusher available, right now, is Yannick Ngakoue for a few reasons. First of all, he still has a lot of years left in the tank. Ngakoue just turned 28 years old back in March, and has been one of the more consistent guys at his position over the past several years.

The former third-round pick has only made one Pro Bowl since entering the league back in 2016, yet has never finished a year with under 8.0 sacks. Last year, with the Indianapolis Colts, Ngakoue played 73 percent of snaps in 15 games and finished with 9.5 sacks. The year prior, with the Raiders, Ngakoue totaled 10.0 sacks in 17 games and a similar snap percentage.

While many of the other veteran pass rushers still available are nearly 30 years old or even older, Ngakoue is really in the thick of his prime years right now. Buffalo could even offer him a multi-year deal at this point, and do so without breaking the bank.

Adding someone like Ngakoue, to go along with Von Miller once he's back, and alongside Rousseau, would give Buffalo a trio of strong rushers to head into a postseason run with. Ngakoue brings 65.0 career sacks to the table and, somehow, is looking for his sixth career team in eight years.
