Emmanuel Forbes

Emmanuel Forbes was the 16th overall pick by the Washington Commanders in this past NFL Draft but already has emerged as a key part of this defense after starting the last two games. It would make sense for the Bills to try and challenge the rookie but Josh Allen is going to have to be careful throwing the ball in his direction.

In two games, Forbes already has his first career interception and three passes defended and has continued a reputation from college of being a ballhawk. In three seasons at Mississippi State, he had 14 interceptions and 20 passes defended.

The reason Forbes is on this list though is what he is able to do with the ball after the interception as he had six interceptions returned for a touchdown during his time in college. While turnovers are a great equalizer in these types of games, the fact the Commanders have a player who knows how to get it to the end zone could be the deciding factor in a game like this.

Josh Allen really improved last week in his decision making and protecting the football. The Bills quarterback is going to need another performance like that to give his team the best chance to win.
