4 risky free agent wide receivers Buffalo Bills could target
The wide receiver position is one that will be a point of focus for the Buffalo Bills this offseason. Their top wide receiver, Stefon Diggs, ended the season on a down note and it is unknown if it was just a bad stretch or a sign of him starting to be on the tail end of his career.
The other starting wide receiver last year was Gabe Davis, who is set to be a free agent this offseason. He has started the last two years with inconsistent results and the Bills may not be able to afford him. In addition, Trent Sherfield is also set to be a free agent this offseason.
This leaves only Khalil Shakir, Deonte Harty and Justin Shorter under contract from the 53-man roster last year. The uncertainty around the position could push general manager Brandon Beane to try to make a big move at the position.
However, that might mean the team is willing to take a little bit more of a risk and these are four wide receivers that fall into that category.
