Cole Beasley
The Buffalo Bills released Cole Beasley last offseason due to salary cap reasons and Beasley would have a brief stop with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers before electing to retire. However, that retirement didn't last long and the Bills would bring back Beasley on their practice squad after they didn't get consistent production from Isaiah McKenzie in the slot.
Beasley would get elevated a few times with the Bills and appear in two regular season games and have two receptions for 18 yards. In the postseason though he was a bigger part of the offense and had five receptions for 68 yards and one touchdown.
While he may not play at the level he did a few years ago with the Bills, he showed in the playoffs that in the right situation he can contribute. However, time may be running out as Cole Beasley said at the beginning of May that if he is not on a team by training camp that he will retire.
A return to Buffalo seems unlikely after some of the offseason moves but it will be interesting to see if he can find a team looking for a reliable pass catcher.
