The 2023 season is roughly 100 days away and teams have started to kick off their organized team activities. At this point, most NFL teams have their roster pretty much set which could present challenges for these players on the Buffalo Bills roster last season who are still looking for a new team.

Rodger Saffold

The Buffalo Bills signed Rodger Saffold last offseason after he was released by the Tennessee Titans. The expectation was that he would help the interior of the offensive line, particularly in the run game.

While Saffold did earn a Pro Bowl nomination, it was certainly a surprise as Saffold did not have the impact that was expected. According to Pro Football Focus, he had an overall grade of 43.7 which was near the bottom among offensive guards.

He is an experienced offensive lineman and a team needing depth at guard could consider him but Saffold is unlikely to find a starting spot at this point of the offseason.
