Corey Bojorquez

The final former Buffalo Bills player who could return is punter Corey Bojorquez but general manager Brandon Beane will need to make a move before that can happen. Last year the Bills had Sam Martin as their punter and he is under contract in 2024 but could be released in one of those moves needed to clear cap space.

If the Bills do end up releasing Martin, Bojorquez could be a good option as a replacement. He played three seasons in Buffalo and even led the league in yards per punt at 50.8 yards in 2020. Bojorquez was a free agent after that season and signed with the Rams but was traded before the regular season to the Green Bay Packers. He has played for the Cleveland Browns the past two seasons

In addition to the fact that Corey Bojorquez has a stronger leg than Martin, he also has some familiarity with Tyler Bass in terms of being his holder on field goal attempts. Bojorquez was his holder during Bass' rookie season in 2020.
