Zack Moss

Zack Moss was a third round pick by the Buffalo Bills in the 2020 NFL Draft, one year after the Bills drafted Devin Singletary. However, he failed to make much of an impact in two and a half seasons in Buffalo with only 225 rushing attempts, 917 rushing yards and 10 total touchdowns in 31 games.

Moss would be traded during the 2022 season to the Indianapolis Colts as part of the Nyheim Hines trade. In 22 games with the Colts, he would look like a completely different running back and had 1,159 rushing yards and eight total touchdowns.

The reason the Buffalo Bills should consider bringing him back is that he addresses a need for the offense in that they could use a bigger running back for those short yardage situations. Last season with the Colts, Moss had 16 rushing attempts on third down between 1-3 yards with an incredible average of 7.6 yards per carry and picked up a first down on 11 of those carries.
