Latavius Murray

The Buffalo Bills signed Latavius Murray last offseason and he quickly emerged as a key part of the backfield for the Buffalo Bills offense. In limited touches he showed he could be very effective early in the season and over a seven week stretch from Week 6 to Week 12 he would have nine or more carries in four games.

However, towards the end of the season, Murray struggled to make the same impact and over the final five games he was active he had only nine carries total and 20 rushing yards. The running back position that doesn't have long careers and Murray would be entering his 11th season in 2024 if he continued to play.

The Buffalo Bills only have three running backs under contract for the upcoming season with James Cook, Nyheim Hines, Darrynton Evans. They certainly could use a big running back like Murray so they may try to bring him back on a one-year deal but at 34 years old, he may call it a career.
