Boogie Basham

The clock seems to be ticking on Boogie Basham, who was the second round pick by the Buffalo Bills in the 2021 NFL Draft. He only played in eight games as a rookie with just over 200 snaps before seeing his role expand this past season.

He would play in 15 games last year and saw his snaps nearly double but the production just wasn't there as he finished with only two sacks and five QB hits. Basham appeared to be passed on the depth chart by players like Shaq Lawson as the season went along.

Boogie Basham is now entering a critical third season with the Buffalo Bills where he will need to show he should be a key part of the rotation at defensive end. If the coaching staff doesn't see the improvement, it wouldn't be surprising if he is on the trade block before the start of the season.
