The first two wide receivers might not be replacements for Gabe Davis but rather good depth additions. However, Van Jefferson is a wide receiver that could step into the role vacated by Davis.

Van Jefferson was a second round pick by the Rams in 2020 and had his best season during the Los Angeles Rams Super Bowl run with 802 receiving yards and six touchdowns during the regular season. However, he has come close to that the past two seasons with less than 600 yards combined and was traded during last season to the Atlanta Falcons.

The reason he could replace Gabe Davis is that he has a similar skill set as a bigger wide receiver that maybe doesn't have great speed but can make plays down the field. In his career, Jefferson has a career average of 14.2 yards per reception and with Josh Allen's arm this could be the right fit.
