Jared Wiley - TCU

Jared Wiley is the tallest of these three, standing at 6'7" and weighs 260 pounds. He's not going to blow anyone away on pure speed, possessing a 40-time of 4.8 seconds but he'll have an opportunity at the NFL combine to improve on that. Despite the low 40-time, he still had a solid yards per catch of 11.1 in 2023. He totaled 47 receptions for 520 yards and eight touchdowns. He also allowed only one pressure and no sacks when pass-blocking.

Wiley uses his side in "box out" defenders and is adept at finding the soft spot in zone coverage. He won't break big runs but he'll move the chains. He's also considered a very intelligent player, which should help him further develop his game at the NFL level. Pro Football Focus ranked him their 12th best tight end of the draft class and 269th overall.
