Joe Brady should be promoted to OC

The Bills are 6-2 with Brady as OC, and that alone should say enough about how Brady has helped this offense. Brady helped give the Bills what they haven't had since 2017, a running game that doesn't rely on Allen.

James Cook emerged as a star in the Bills' offense because of his increased number of touches and has been great this year. Cook also earned a Pro Bowl nod and will look to replicate or continue to develop in the offense, and if Brady is promoted to OC, there's no question that Cook will have a better year than he did this year.

Brady will also have a full offseason to create a game plan for the offense and help build the offense around his scheme. In this type of offense, the whole Bills team has thrived and played their best football, something Ken Dorsey failed to do.

The Bills are interviewing Brady for the position, and time will tell whether or not Brady will get promoted or pack his bags and become an OC somewhere else. Although, Brady will likely get the OC job, which will be good for the team due to his success as interim OC.
