2.) Khalil Shakir - Wide Receiver

The second year receiver for the Bills has a lot of upside going into this season. Even though Harty and Shakir are reportedly in a battle for the starting kick returner position, Shakir should also have success in the offense as the potential slot receiver in the passing game.

Shakir was down in the depth chart last season but saw limited action at times during the season. With the growth and familiarity with the system, and actually being a returner as compared to a new receiver like Harty and Trent Sherfield, Shakir has the advantage to take a step forward this season

When it comes to fantasy, Shakir is more than likely not higher than in the flex spot, but can still provide a ceiling for fantasy football. Even with the presence of Stefon Diggs, Gabriel Davis, Dawson Knox and now Dalton Kincaid, Shakir is still a valuable late pick to have on your bench if he starts to get into stride with the offense.
