3.) Deonte Harty - Wide Receiver

Harty provides versatility for the Bills, both on special teams and on the offense. With the season-ending injury to Nyheim Hines, Harty has a chance to be the main kick returner on special teams. Harty could also be utilized as a gadget player in the offense who not only catches passes downfield, but can also do the jet sweeps for those flashy plays. Harty could be used in the role that Isaiah McKenzie was last season.

While I would not consider Harty a starter on a fantasy team, the Bills like to rotate weapons on the outside for Josh Allen. In addition, if an injury were to occur to a starter, Harty could be used as a replacement and gain targets which would help managers gain points. If he is getting near the bottom of your draft and Harty is still available, it would be smart to secure insurance at the wide receiver position.
