Jake Fromm

Jake Fromm is a quarterback the Buffalo Bills know well as they actually drafted him in the fifth round of the 2020 NFL Draft. He would spend his rookie season on the 53-man roster but be released prior to the 2021 season and moved to the practice squad.

However, Fromm would not last the entire season there and would be signed by the New York Giants. He would get the chance to appear in three games, with two starts, and throw for 210 yards with one touchdown and three interceptions.

Recently, he has been with the Washington Commanders and looked pretty good this preseason with 261 passing yards and three touchdowns in three games.

The Bills' interest is pretty obvious as most of the coaching staff already knows him and he has a pretty good knowledge of the offense. When Fromm was with the Bills, Ken Dorsey was his quarterback coach and now as offensive coordinator it wouldn't be as much of a learning curve.
