Week 1 of the Buffalo Bills' season came down to the wire, as both teams' offenses put up points drive after drive, especially the Cardinals in the first half. Yet in the second half, the Bills made a big comeback thanks to Josh Allen's arm and legs.

The Bills offense still had a dangerous passing attack despite the absence of Stefon Diggs in the offense, as nine players were a part of the passing game. Everyone on offense did their part, but some players did less than expected or should expect to do more against a more talented Miami team tonight.

Dalton Kincaid

Fans knew that the passing game would still be effective for the Bills, but no one expected the absence of Dalton Kincaid within the passing attack, especially with him only getting one reception for 11 yards. There weren't any plays drawn up for Kincaid the entire game, which concerns some Bills fans, especially being a first-round pick in 2023.

We should expect more usage from Kincaid in this game as the passing attack will be live and well. Both offenses will come out swinging and judging the Bills' noticeable defensive weaknesses against the Cardinals, the Bills offense will have to be humming.

When two high-powered offenses go back and forth against each other, the best way to win these games is to give the ball to your best weapon. Diggs would usually be the most effective in these games against the Dolphins. With the departure of Diggs, Kincaid is now that weapon to rely on, and fans should expect him to shine in week two.

O'Cyrus Torrence

Torrence was pretty solid in Week 1, but he's had three costly penalties that made the game closer than it should've been. His first and the most grueling penalty was a facemask that took away a Josh Allen rushing touchdown early in the second quarter, which resulted in a field goal.

His other two penalties were a holding and a false start, which totaled 30 penalty yards, which can make a difference between a win and a loss. It could just be some Week 1 rust, but three penalties in one game are never good, and Torrence should clean those up when facing a better team like the Dolphins.

Josh Allen

Last week, besides Allen's early fumble, he had a fantastic week one showing as he again showcased his elite passing and rushing ability, and another highlight hurdle as the cherry on top. He will look to get his eleventh win against Miami this Thursday. It's pretty easy to assume that if Allen doesn't shine this week, the Bills lose this game.

For the past few years, Miami and Buffalo have been one of the biggest rivals in the NFL, and it seems that Buffalo always has the upper hand. Allen has been dominant in their matchups, scoring 33 touchdowns to just seven interceptions against them in twelve games. Yet, fans still question if Allen will be that dominant without Stefon Diggs.

There's still that narritive going around that Diggs made Allen to the player he was today, rather than just thinking that the players benefitted each other. Both players are talented and both have had good weeks in Week 1.

However, fans are still knocking Allen's four-touchdown performance because he was against a weak Arizona defense. Miami's defense is slightly banged up, but better than Arizona's, especially in the secondary. Allen will have something to prove that he can still be dominant against a legitimate defense without Diggs.
