3 Buffalo Bills to keep an eye on at the 'Return of the Blue and Red' practice

1.) Josh Allen 

Who else could potentially be number one on this list? The franchise guy who can take the Bills as far as he wants will always be the center of the practices. All eyes on him and fans will be looking to see him launch the ball 60-plus yards to his weapons on the outside.

However, Bills fans should also keep an eye on Allen in terms of how well he can be protected by his offensive line and if he has worked on his mechanics to reduce his turnovers from last season. In 2022, Allen threw 14 interceptions and had 13 fumbles. 

Heading into the red and blue practice, fans will more than likely cheer the loudest for Allen when he steps onto the field. Bills mafia will also be looking for the connections that Allen has made with his weapons, and pick up where he left off with wide receiver Stefon Diggs.
