1.) Terrel Bernard

Another week, another game of why the Bills decided to entrust the development of their young players like Bernard rather than re-signing Tremaine Edmunds at the linebacker spot. The second-year player has led the defense in total tackles and secured his second interception of the season against the Commanders.

He would finish the game with 7 total tackles that included two sacks, a pass deflection and an interception. This is now the third week that Bernard has stepped up in the middle of the defense and led the team in total tackles.

For the first time since 2007, Bernard became the first player in the NFL to rack up two or more sacks, an interception, and a fumble recovery. It is safe to say that the duo of Bernard and Matt Milano has become a strong pairing in the middle of the defense.

The young linebacker will look to keep his production going against a powerful Dolphins offense next week in Buffalo.
