Dion Dawkins

Spencer Brown isn't the only offensive tackle that the Buffalo Bills could look to extend this offseason as starting left tackle Dion Dawkins is entering the final year of his contract. He was a second round pick by the Bills in 2017 and signed a four-year contract extension in 2020 worth over $58 million.

He has been a consistent presence protecting Josh Allen's blindside with 106 career starts and has not played less than 15 games since his rookie season in 2017. Dawkins has also been selected to the Pro Bowl each of the past three seasons.

This offseason, Dawkins has a cap hit over $16.6 million along with two void years over the next two seasons that totals over $8 million. It wouldn't be surprising to see the Buffalo Bills try to work out another four-year extension that lowers his cap hit this season but also accounts for those void years that will help them over the next few seasons.
