2.) Bills’ defensive line gets 4+ sacks
The Bills are averaging just over one sack through the season, despite delivering pressure consistently in the backfield. Jordan Phillips, Leonard Floyd and Ed Oliver are the only ones to be on the stat sheet with a sack but that could change this weekend against Sam Howell. The Commanders’ offensive line has given up 10 sacks in two weeks and with the pressure that the Bills’ defensive line has provided this season, that number could increase more.
With the rotation that the Bills have upfront, Howell will face different schemes and various types of talent. The best way to get to Howell is by bringing it from the inside, making him scramble and have the edge rushers finish the job.
Look for the Bills’ defensive line to have a big game and limit what the offense of the Commanders have.
