The Buffalo Bills got going too little, too late in their loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 17. After being held scoreless throughout the first three quarters, the Bills offense finally found its footing roughly halfway through the fourth quarter but it was all for naught.

The Bills opted to go for the win by attempting the two-point conversion, and, with the division on the line, they came up short. Now they'll be playing on the road in the playoffs, as their loss to the Eagles gave the Patriots the AFC East title.

Following his team's win, Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni was captured on video talking smack to Bills fans on his way through the tunnel to the locker room. Sirianni was heard shouting, "Not so much [talking] anymore!" and while, yes, his team did win the game, his team failed to score a single point in the second half, and at one point deep into the second half, had just 17 yards on offense. Jalen Hurts also did not complete a pass in the second half.

Nick Sirianni postgame taunt adds insult to Bills heartbreaking loss

Were it not for the Eagles' magnificent defense completely shutting down Josh Allen and the Bills for the majority of the game, Buffalo probably wins this one. That's what makes this result and Sirianni's behavior even more infuriating.

The result of the game was bad enough on its own, as now the Bills will have to play three road games to make it to the Super Bowl, but Sirianni rubbing salt in the wound makes it sting even more. The Eagles' head coach has never been known to keep these kinds of thoughts to himself but to talk smack after his team laid an egg in the second half just feels silly.

Hey, maybe the Bills can get their revenge if these two teams meet up in the Super Bowl. Bills fans would love to see that end up happening because now they know they can stay in the fight till the very end.
