One of the biggest free agency splashes back in March was the Buffalo Bills surprisingly swooping in and signing edge rusher Joey Bosa to a one-year deal worth $12.6 million. The long-time Charger was released by Los Angeles after injuries were piling up and a lot of people thought it would have made sense for him to join his brother, Nick, up in San Francisco.
Instead, he took a prove it-like deal to move across the country and join a championship contender in the Bills. After the Bills released Von Miller after three seasons, they needed some veteran presence and bringing in Bosa was a huge statement move. The best part about the deal is that if Bosa didnโt deliver, the contract was not long-term like it was for Miller.
The good news right now is that Bosa is playing at a high level and through just two games, he is already on pace to having an outstanding year for the Bills.
Joey Bosa is already thriving with Bills through just two games
According to Sal Capaccio, Bosa has already recorded three forced fumbles and there is no other defender that has more than one. Here's the post from Capaccio:

Bosa had a strong performance this past Sunday against the Jets where he had two forced fumbles and his first sack of the season. He was all over the place for the Bills.
This is the version of Joey Bosa that Bills fans should be excited to see. In his last couple years with the Chargers, he was dealing with injury after injury. However, early on in his career, Bosa was one of the best pass rushers with 10+ sacks in four of his first six seasons.
I know itโs only been two games, but if Bosa can manage to stay healthy for a majority of the year and continue this dominance, the Bills should be going further in the playoffs than they have over the last few seasons, which have ended in heartbreaks.
