The 2026 offseason has arrived for the Buffalo Bills as they were bounced from the divisional round, losing 33-30 in overtime against the Denver Broncos. Focusing on the unrestricted free agents, there are 12 defensive players who are set to hit the open market. Just last offseason, the Bills went heavy on defense and now they are set up to lose players like Bosa, Ogunjobi, Thompson, and Franklin, all who just got here.
The Bills have always tried to keep continuity as much as possible but with their cap space situation, Buffalo is going to have some trouble and this roster could look a lot different than it did this season.
