Fresh off of a 30-20 victory over the Indianapolis Colts, the Buffalo Bills are coming back to Orchard Park will they will get ready to host the undefeated Kansas City Chiefs. The Bills will be looking to hand the Chiefs their first loss of the season (even though it should have happened yesterday against the Broncos). However, that now sets up an opportunity for the Bills to end their streak.

The Bills sit at 8-2 and are running away with the AFC East. Their next biggest goal is to catch the number one seed that currently belongs to the Chiefs. This Sunday’s game will show us who will have the advantage in terms of a tiebreaker should Buffalo and Kansas City have the same record by the end of Week 18.

Head coach Sean McDermott spoke with the press on Monday and gave a couple of injury updates already regarding wide receivers Keon Coleman and Amari Cooper, as well as linebacker Matt Milano.

According to Alaina Getzenberg, later confirmed by Adam Schefter, Coleman has already been ruled for Week 11 against the Chiefs.

Schefter then mentioned that Cooper is trending towards playing. He has missed the last two weeks due to a wrist injury he suffered in Week 9 against the Seattle Seahawks. In addition, it has been reported that linebacker Matt Milano will be available for the practice window by the Bills, per Adam Schefter. However, Milano will not be playing against the Chiefs, which is expected.

Buffalo Bills starting to slowly get healthy

The Bills have been getting hit hard with injuries going back to training camp in the summer. Milano tore his bicep, the secondary for Buffalo had been hit hard with injuries, and now the wide reciever room has taken a couple of hits with the injury bug.

With Coleman’s injury taking place just last weekend, it’s no surprise that he won’t be active on the roster. However, potentially getting Cooper back is huge news for the Bills because Buffalo will need all the help they can get in order to defeat Kansas City.

On the defense, the Bills have been solid at linebacker with Dorian Williams and Terrel Bernard who have really led this defense to play great situational football, despite all the injuries. Then with Milano getting ready to practice, it should add a lot of life to an already solid defensive unit.
