The time has come for “The Rematch” between the Buffalo Bills and Kansas City Chiefs. Since 2020, this “rivalry” has become one of the best in the NFL. Josh Allen vs. Patrick Mahomes, Sean McDermott vs. Andy Reid. It doesn’t get a whole lot better than that.

The Chiefs are the last remaining undefeated team at 9-0. They survived in Week 10 against the Denver Broncos when they blocked a last second field goal attempt to crush Denver’s dreams of being the team that could deliver the Chiefs their first loss. The Bills are going into Week 11 at 8-2 and will be looking to give the Chiefs their first loss of the season.

There is a lot on the line for both teams going into this game. Even though the Chiefs will still remain as the best team in the AFC regardless of the result, they would have a lot of pressure on them for the rest of the year if Buffalo beats them. On the other side, the Bills are looking to get catch the number one seed and they would need to defeat the Chiefs and also hope that things fall into the right place the rest of the season.

There are two different versions of this rivalry between the Bills and Chiefs. The Chiefs have beaten the Bills in four of the last five playoff meetings, while the Bills have defeated the Chiefs in every regular season meeting against them since 2021. If this trend continues heading into this Sunday’s showdown, Buffalo will be coming out victorious.

Despite that trend, the Bills are in a great position to end the Chiefs’ undefeated streak

Even though the Chiefs are 9-0, they have only won two games by double digits. The rest of their wins come from one-score games. Mahomes is having a rough season compared to what we have seen before, but the defense bails him out of jams.

Buffalo has been playing great situational football since Week 6 and we all know that the Bills are going to have to be nearly perfect in order to beat the Chiefs. Let’s face it, this game wouldn’t be viewed as an upset if the Bills won. Buffalo is built to beat Kansas City. There have just been times where the Bills make crucial mistakes that the Chiefs take advantage of.

This is the biggest game of the year for the Bills and there is a lot that could happen, no matter what the final result is.
