Bills vs. Rams final inactives list: Buffalo still not at full strength
By Brandon Ray
It’s extremely hard to believe that it’s already Week 14. It seems like the season opener for the Bills just happened and here we are, seeing them at 10-2 and already have clinched the AFC East. Buffalo can play some fun football these next five games, knowing that they can still acquire the No. 1 seed in the AFC which belongs to the Kansas City Chiefs...for now.
After a fantastic performance in the snow last week against the San Francisco 49ers, the Bills are out on the west coast taking on another NFC West team, the Los Angeles Rams. Buffalo is as healthy as possible, yet they will still not have a fully healthy team.
One piece of good news is that the Bills activated rookie defensive tackle DeWayne Carter from IR after dealing with a wrist injury the last few weeks. However, they are going into this game without tight end Dalton Kincaid for the third straight game with a knee injury he suffered in Week 10. In addition to Kincaid, rookie wideout Keon Coleman will also be inactive for fourth conseutive game with a wrist injury, per Adam Schefter.
Coleman was a true game-time decision, per Ian Rapoport, heading into this matchup, but he will have to wait atleast one more week to get back on the field. The good news for Buffalo is that they have been without Kincaid and Coleman this entire time in their dominant run so there should be big difference within the offense.
Bills vs. Rams final inactives
Bills inactives:
-TE Dalton Kincaid
-WR Keon Coleman
-CB Kaiir Elam
-LB Edefuan Ulofoshio
-OL Will Clapp
-TE Quintin Morris
-DT Jordan Phillips
With DeWayne Carter coming back in the lineup, Jordan Phillips is the odd-man out on the defense. He and Quinton Jefferson were signed by the Bills a couple weeks ago to provide depth. Jefferson gets the go-ahead while Phillips won’t play.
Rams inactives:
-QB Stetson Bennett
-CB Emmanuel Forbes Jr.
-RB Cody Schrader
-OLB Brennan Jackson
-OL Dylan McMahon
-OL Warren McClendon Jr.
The Rams are pretty healthy for the most part with no major big names being inactive. Cornerback Emmanuel Forbes was recently picked up by the Rams after be waived by the Washington Commanders. However, he won't suit up against the Bills.
